Atlas Professional Services, Inc. Announces Acquisition of Data Services Business of Infinity Computer Solutions, LLC

Atlas Professional Services, Inc. (“Atlas”) announced the acquisition of the information technology data services business of Infinity Computer Solutions, LLC (“ICS”), based out of Tampa, Fl., effective December 31, 2014. Since 2004, ICS has built a stellar reputation for quality and responsiveness as a privately owned company specializing in IT services throughout the Brandon and Tampa Bay areas. The transaction was an asset purchase including the assumption of certain liabilities.
Since 2006, Atlas has been dedicated to improving the capabilities of business all over the state of Florida through comprehensive IT support. Atlas has been the recipient of many local and national awards over the past few years, including Inc 5,000, Best places to Work in Tampa Bay, MSPMentor Top 501, Florida Fast 100, and many more. Atlas’ acquisition of the outstanding customer base of ICS will further enhance Atlas’ overall position in the IT services markets, especially in and around the Tampa Bay area.
Since 2004, ICS has built a reputation for quality service but has decided to transition its focus away from the information technology data services business. ICS will continue to work closely with Atlas to ensure a seamless transition of the data services business.
In 2014, both Atlas and ICS were honored at the University of South Florida’s Fast 56 awards dinner. The USF Fast 56 awards are given each year to the 56 fastest growing “Bull Led” businesses in the world. The serendipitous meeting between these two business owners would be what ultimately led to the transaction.

ICS will continue to provide VoIP services to its existing customers under the name TeleVoIPs, unrelated to the data services business acquired by Atlas.
