Duties of this position include:
- Process approved quotes from the sales teams
- Create service coordination tickets or projects with associated invoices
- Purchase all customer hardware / software
- Create and send quotes, when needed, to assist the sales team
- Assist sales teams with creating quotes and gathering vendor quotes
- Setup new Office 365 tenants
- Setup new Azure tenants
- Manage purchasing window to keep scheduling team up to date with ETA’s
- Add/Remove Microsoft licenses as requested
- Create and update billing agreements
- Maintain the renewals board and create necessary quotes
- Create shipping labels for service team
- Generate and coordinate RMA’s for returns
- Purchase any internal hardware needed
- Setup new Datto Backupify services
- Perform assigned Sales/Accounting task lists for project tickets
Requirements:
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred at least four-year college degree
- Preferred at least two-years’ experience working in a similar environment (IT procurement)
