Luke Cardillo joined Atlas Professional Services in May 2025 as Vice President of Business Development. In this role, he is responsible for growing the Atlas client base by bringing in new business and building strong relationships throughout the Tampa Bay community.

Luke brings nearly three decades of experience in sales and relationship management to his role at Atlas. He began his career as a successful Realtor with Coldwell Banker, consistently ranking as a top performer over his 20-year tenure in the industry. In pursuit of new challenges and a desire to experience the corporate world, he transitioned into the staffing industry. At Hays, he spent seven years honing his expertise in business development and recruitment. He began in the construction and real estate verticals, advanced to working on large national projects, and ultimately shifted into cybersecurity business development and recruitment.

During his time at Hays, Luke was recognized with multiple accolades, including Team of the Year in his second year and the prestigious Hays Hero award in 2023, recognizing his leadership in DE&I initiatives, charitable involvement and outstanding performance.

Luke earned a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Humanities—focusing on History, Theology and Philosophy—from the University of West Florida. (Go Argos!)

A passionate community advocate, Luke has volunteered with organizations such as Metropolitan Ministries, the American Cancer Society, MS Society, Feeding Tampa Bay and Think Big for Kids. He also founded the “Mac-Daddies” dad’s club at MacFarlane Park Elementary, was an active PTA member and has been a volunteer soccer coach.

Luke is also the founder of the Knock It Around Network (KIAN), a soccer-focused business networking group that he has grown from 10 members to more than 400 professionals across Tampa Bay.
