NATALLIE ROJAS
CLIENT RESOLUTION SPECIALIST/TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGER
Background
Natallie has been part of the IT industry for more than nine years, working with several Managed Service Providers across the Tampa Bay area. Her career began after earning an associate degree in computer science from Keiser University, followed by a bachelor’s degree in technical management and development from St. Petersburg College. She also holds multiple certifications, including CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft MS-900, Azure AZ-100, Nerdio NM-100, and programming credentials.
She started her career programming Motorola radios and installing antennas at Raymond James Stadium, home of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Since then, she has advanced through roles in network operations, help desk support, project management, and now account management.
Committed to giving back, she has volunteered with The Salvation Army, Habitat for Humanity, and a nonprofit organization that helps low-income families access reliable transportation. She is also an active PTA member and school volunteer.
Originally from Pennsylvania, Natallie has lived in Florida for most of her life. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and focusing on personal growth. She is currently learning Spanish and hopes to one day retire in Puerto Rico.
