CLIENT RESOLUTION SPECIALIST/TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGER
Background
Ben first joined Atlas in 2022 as a Systems Engineer I. Due to his hard work and dedication to our team and clients, he was promoted to Client Resolution Specialist/Technical Account Manager in early 2024.
In his current role, Ben identifies trends, recurring issues and patterns in customer problems. Then he works collaboratively with the service desk, project team, accounting team and solutions architect team to find ways to address these challenges. He also conducts business reviews to address issues, discuss present and future goals, and formalize strategies and customer-specific technology roadmaps for Atlas’s customers.
Ben started his career as a Level I Helpdesk Technician at Total Computer Solutions in Warner Robins, Georgia, before joining Atlas.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Kennesaw State University, and has earned CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ and Server+ certifications.
