JEREMY BILLIE
CLIENT RESOLUTION SPECIALIST/TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGER
Background
Jeremy Billie joined Atlas Professional Services in 2020. Due to Jeremy’s hard work and commitment to clients, he’s been promoted twice since then – first from Systems Engineer I to Systems Engineer II, and most recently to his current position of Client Resolution Specialist/Technical Account Manager.
In this role, Jeremy identifies trends, recurring issues and patterns in customer problems. Then, he works collaboratively with the service desk and account management teams to develop strategies for prevention and long-term resolution.
Jeremy holds the CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications. He credits everything he’s learned related to IT to his time at Atlas, through on-the-job training and earning certifications. Prior to joining Atlas, Jeremy spent over four years working in recruiting.
He regularly donates to nonprofit Metropolitan Ministries over the holiday season, supporting their mission of supporting at-risk and homeless people in the Tampa Bay area.
