SERVICE MANAGER

Background

Nathan joined Atlas Professional Services in 2021 as a Project Coordinator. Since then, he’s quickly moved up the ranks, next serving as Service Supervisor before being promoted to his current role of Service Manager.

As Service Manager, Nathan focuses on managing the Atlas service team, which includes engineers and dispatchers. He also works with clients on any service-related issues they encounter, helping them to resolve and improve processes between Atlas’s service desk and managed service clients.

Prior to joining Atlas, Nathan worked an MSP IT job as Project Coordinator II for Comcast Business. He has also worked for the nonprofit Hyde Park UMC, as well as for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Tampa Bay Rays.

“Atlas is both a great place to work, as well a great company to have as your managed IT support,” Nathan said. “The team here does an amazing job, and I am very lucky to be a part of such a great group.”
